My reservation was denied for stay due my license being local for that area. I explained to the desk attendant that i have a Arkansas license but I live in Alabama. I even tried to show proof of my recent move to Alabama. My husband even tried to book a room in his name and he showed his Alabama license and he was denied. When i made my reservation online with Expedia. There was no policy listed stating local residents were not allowed for booking. So my husband and I was left without a place to stay and the desk attendant did anything about it. I am a reward member and my points were used for this reservation. I immediately requested a refund of payment and rewards. I will never choose a LaQuinta hotel again nor will I recommend. If i do not received my refund within 3 to 5 business days. I will be raising hell.

I’ve been here since 10 December and for the last three days I cannot get my room cleaned. The first day they didn’t clean the room. It’s because I had a do not disturb sign on my door till 10 o’clock in the morning. I took it off when I left the hotel And when I got back, it wouldn’t clean yesterday. I don’t know what the excuse was today I was supposed to check out today cause I messed up on my reservations so I made another reservation immediately for tonight. I’m in the same room. It is now 1 o’clock and the cleaning people are still cleaning rooms but they’re not going to do my room. the lady at the front desk brought me a bath towel a hand towel and a face towel. I’m having a procedure done to my back tomorrow at 10:30 and for the last week I’ve been laying in bed all day long. I’ve had food delivered or I’ve gone and got it and my trash cans are full and I have dirty towels all over the bathroom. I’ve gone to the front desk three times to get a bag to go inside my ice bucket and today, I finally got one. Last week when I got ready to make my reservation, I called the hotel to check on a price match and the lady said they don’t do that. But I saw on your website today for the first time that you do price match. In the last 10 days, I’ve stayed in this hotel for seven days and I could’ve used this stay to buildup points.

Our room was very nice - one of the nicest rooms we've stayed at. Bathroom was spacious and well lit. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

The cost of the Hotel from Expedia was very reasonable. I stayed for three days two nights and I didn't like the hold that they put on my creditcard for 455.00, the cost of the came out to 304.00 to my time there. The Breakfast was awesome, food was out on time and the food area was very clean. Our door key went out a couple of time, they fixed that issue quickly. The gym was very nice and clean.

This was an amazing hotel. Very clean quiet. And the check in was easy. Staff willing to work with you any way they can. My last trip to Jonesboro I stayed in a 200 dollar a night hotel and by far this 107 dollar a night hotel is much nicer. I highly recommend Le Quinta Hotel.

Was told I could only get one key card for 2 adults! It was 2 adults and 1 kid and was only given 2 wash clothes and was given 2 bigger towels cause that was all they had! Wanted to pay to stay an extra night a day before checkout and was told they would have to charge another $150 deposit plus room fee. Staff were very rude! There were good things about this stay- but the check in was excruciatingly slow-25 min- And we were left with no toilet paper- when I went to ask for more - the night manager was in the office behind the check in desk on his phone. He wasn’t terribly friendly!

There was a staff member here on Wednesday and Thursday morning that worked at the front desk in the morning shift. I believe her name is Tamika, she was absolutely amazing. She knew who was staying in the hotel and what room you were in. She was so upbeat and welcoming.

Check in took about an hour, the very nice lady was trying her best it wasn't her fault, the system was acting up. The bathtub did not drain at all, so everyone did not shower. Breakfast was good. We have stayed here several times and I don't think we will be back.
