"I had friends from out of town visiting, and we wanted to stay by the beach. This rental has a direct pathway to the beach and unit pool. The apartment was immaculately clean and had a well-stocked kitchen. There was enough room for all seven of us, and we had a great time relaxing on the beach and pool. The location is perfect for walking to all the restaurants in Isle of Palms, so no need to worry about additional parking. I highly recommend this rental."

"We were in Kiawah for the marathon and this condo was literal steps away from both the marathon and the beach. It was absolutely perfect. The condo was so clean, the manager was so easy to get a hold of and gave us all the info we needed for our stay. "

"Had a great time- loved being able to walk everywhere. Condo was as described- needed to walk down a flight of stairs to access the beach but it was nice and close. Be aware that there are no beach towels- we probably should have checked this more closely but no available beach goodies (towels/chairs/toys)- everything needs to be purchased or rented (unless you plan better than us and bring them along). "Everything about this villa is topnotch. My husband and I stayed here for a month. It was very quiet, no one else in the other three units in this building. The bed was comfortable and the furnished were nice.I loved that there was a nice collection of cleaning supplies, even stainless steel cleaner for the appliances.
