"The property is run impeccably with friendly, first rate service. Our rooms were clean, comfortable, and had great views. The breakfast buffet had a very large selection and everything was fresh and delicious. The staff was happy to accommodate our requests and help out whenever possible. "The location is good. The room is clean and spacious. As in most hotels in China, most of the staff can’t speak English properly except for one or two. However, they use a language translation app which can get the messages across. It’s very noisy early in the morning due to some noises from some construction work nearby. I was woken up by the noise. The hotel had provided a pair of rubber ear plugs but I am not using it as I want to hear what’s going on. "

"A very nice and central location near shopping streets and lots of restaurants and coffee places. Adequate for a single night, the hotel feels tired as does the staff. It took 15 minutes of team work by 3 front desk staff and several phone calls to find my prepaid Expedia reservation. The room on the 11th floor was OK, the bathroom worked but was in need of renovation. Windows were very dirty on the outside, spoiling what would have been an impressive city view."

"We stayed in the Riverview Suite, and it was amazing. The room was well-apportioned and very comfortable, including plush beds (a rarity in China). The view did not disappoint! The staff did not speak much English but were very polite and helpful using translation apps. It was a great hotel, and even better for the price we paid. "I stayed for around ten nights and found it to be fabulous. Large and comfortable room, very friendly staff, delicious breakfast buffet and restaurant meals very good also. Nice gym facilities and relaxation room with massage chairs too. Pool looked beautiful but I didn't get round to using it! The hotel is linked to a large shopping complex and is about ten minutes walk to a subway station. I'd definitely stay here again. "
