"Our 5 night stay at the ritz was fabulous. The staff were brilliant, food fantastic and the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice and western options. Beautiful pastries, fruit, cereal, yoghurt, fresh cooked eggs and coffee. The view from the room was great. I loved the club lounge and the afternoon tea. Dinner options were good both in the hotel and outside. There are shops and restaurants very close to the hotel. The underground is not far away....

"The property is run impeccably with friendly, first rate service. Our rooms were clean, comfortable, and had great views. The breakfast buffet had a very large selection and everything was fresh and delicious. The staff was happy to accommodate our requests and help out whenever possible. "This hotel is great for restaurants but the shopping and sights action is about 6 Metro stops away. Lack of English amongst the staff made life really difficult. it seemed harder than other places we've stayed at ! The food was at best OK and the breakfast (included in price) was purely Chinese and , whilst I knowe were in China , a cup of tea would have been nice."
