"The services I got from this hotel has to be the best in all of the hotels I have stayed ever. From the questions I had even before arriving in Zhangjiajie, they were responded to in a timely manner and I felt the genuine urge to help. "24hr front desk, restaurant and cleaning staff displayed excellent service quality and professionalism. Initially planned to only stay for 2 nights with breakfast. "Great value hotel in good location for exploring parks, located just next to cable car. Rooms comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast buffet okay, but fairly limited choices, and quite busy with larger groups of tourists when we visited. Very helpful member of staff on reception who spoke English and arranged taxis for us to get to various sights. "
