"Had an incredibly relaxing weekend at the Hill House in Seneca Lake. The hot tub was amazing, the views were gorgeous and the yard was great for our kids to play in. We made s'mores in the fire pit and enjoyed the lounge area on the patio. The house was close by to hiking and parks. there was an abundance of towels for use and a well stocked kitchen!"

"This house was perfect for our large family get together to celebrate a wedding in the area. Large yard for kids to play in, swimming pool and hot tub to enjoy, and even a game room. It was clean, organized, and well suited for entertaining a large group."

"everything was good landscaping could have been cleaned up and mowed and there was a very noticeable smell in bathroom and parts of the house that smelled like sewer or drainage problems. But other than that it was very comfortable with a nice kitchen with all kind of cookware the bed were comfortable and the shuffle board table was really enjoyable would highly recommend this place "

"The place was centrally located in the heart of Woodsfield. It had all the necessary things you need for cooking and entertainment for kids. The house was in great condition for whatever you wanted to do to just relax and enjoy yourself. I would recommend this place and book it again when I’m in the area "

"Nothing but positives to say! Property was updated, very clean and easy to find. Huge maintained yard and within 5 minute walk to the bridge and an accessible area on the river. Our two kids, both under the age of 8, had a blast. Despite the road being in front of the house, we only saw a few cars and could usually hear them way before you saw them, so no concerns about safety when playing outside. "We both needed a place to relax and get away from the Business of life and a more slower pace. That was the place. Very comfortable. Able to go to the beach and enjoy the water. Nikki was very friendly and very helpful. The only thing I missed was my western shows. "

"We stayed sweetest day weekend was beautiful out, great fires both nights .Then when we left out on Sunday to the Wilds then went to wheeling to cabelas before going home Thank you , and how soon would I have to book it again in august please?"

"We looked for a reasonable hotel on our way to Maine. The reviews on ALL the sites scared me! This hotel had pretty good, recent reviews so I decided to chance it. You just never know…. Walked into a very nice room. The floors are not carpet which I like because it’s easier to keep clean. Bathroom was clean too. No dust on anything - lights, dressers, etc. I always pull the sheets down to check and they were good. Something’s I will put a note at the end of the bed for the next guest or housekeeping to say “if you find this note, you are doing an excellent job” and “if you are a guest and find this note” these sheets have not been changed”. I think if you have read this far, go ahead and book a room. You should be very satisfied. PS - there isn’t any breakfast but that doesn’t bother us. It just gave me more time to sleep in! "

"Responsive and quick Front Desk acknowledgement for both check in and out. Gluten free breakfast options (yogurt, scrambled or hard boiled eggs, turkey or pork sausage patties, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, apple or orange juice, fruit. Had zero issues with noise or doors slamming. Smart tv allows for streaming from personal device. Only issue was one of oir bathroom outlets didn't work."
