"The town house is in a great location and has a cool vibe. It is an older unit, so be aware the windows rattle when windy and there wasnt an outlet by one of the beds upstairs. The sofa seat cushions were stained. The biggest negative is the two sides of the townhomes are connected by a door on the main floor and a door upstairs. Even though locked, that felt strange and we could hear a LOT from the other townhouse. Could hear talking, laughing, the TV, and people walking on the stairs. Also,...

"Awesome property to stay at, we didn't have time to explore around but there is a lot of fun stuff to do. We forgot a baby monitor camera and realized it when we were halfway home (3.5 hours) and Patricia mailed it to us the next day! 100% would recommend "

"We did a girls getaway for the weekend. The house was nicely updated with everything you need. Nicely stocked coffee bar. The beds were very comfortable and the whole house was very clean. While this is not walking distance to the main Grafton area, it just a few minute drive away. Highly recommend and plan on returning."

"We enjoyed our stay in Frenchtown, walking the historic streets, and spending time in old St. Charles which was a short walk away. Our 1800s house was very confortable and provided plenty of room for the 6 of us plus our dogs. The kitchen was well stocked with dishware and cooking items. Beds were comfortable. It was a great home away from home!"

"This house is unique and very spacious. Early 20th-century charm with nice modern amenities. The two full bathrooms are huge which made getting ready at the same time very convenient. Kitchen was stocked with most of what you’d need. Location is close to Main Street with fun shops and restaurants. Beds were squeaky and a little uncomfortable. That’s our only feedback for improvement. We’d definitely stay again. "

The historic district of St. Charles boasts old world charm and the house is right in the heart of it all.. Rooms/spaces were large and the layout allowed for plenty of space for our group to spread out. The owner was very responsive and check-in was a breeze. "

"The house is charming, late 18th century, in a lovely neighborhood. Queen beds only accessible from one side due to being against walls on both levels. Additional towels required search, and limited for kitchen. Listing has occupancy as 7 - but insufficient 3 piece silverware for one full meal for that number, so washing required even if only 4 for 2 meals a day.. Kitchen cookware quite adequate but preparation bowls and storage boxes are limited. Charming holiday decorations, placemats,...

"Convenient location. The size and layout of the house is comfortable and great for visiting! Nice kitchen and laundry room. The game room is Fantastic! A short drive to the Schnucks ( groceries) and Fratelli’s (Italian restaurant). Highly recommend!"
