I am also pleasantly surprised by the security of the property; windows on the office have clear view of the entire property and substantial camera coverage with high visibility cameras that you alert you to their presence. The noise from highway traffic is pretty substantial from the exterior of the property, but almost unnoticeable as soon as you close the door...
