The hotel itself is clean and luxurious. We stayed in the the junior suite downstairs this time and it was clean and quiet. The bathroom was spacious and clean. "

"I was a bit worried due to mixed reviews but this place is honestly great. Was very affordable compared to other options. The free shuttle service was great however i recommend booking it in advance because it doesn’t fit too many. When we stayed it was very quiet due to it being off peak season and Ramadan so Marrakech itself wasn’t busy at all so we didn’t have any issues with the shuttle being fully booked. "The resort has makings of a Four Seasons but still need to improve their level of service and consistent room cleanliness - one of our two rooms had a roach, one other room they left one glass and a kettle and nothing else! And no one answers the front desk phone! To get a porter, we had to walk all the way to the front desk to ask them .. and we found the staff on the room behind the front desk chatting with each other!
