"The reception was horrible, nobody gave me the right information , even when I’m trying to park my car near the hotel they refused me to park the car and the luggage service was horrible , I asked for not a far room due to my mothers age , no silverware , not food in hotel room , when i asked for water they gave me a glass not a bottle , and in the end of journey they claimed that it was against there policy to give water , the a/c didn’t work , everything was horrible , worst hotel I ever...

"We booked a triple room. It was not made available to us so we were charged extra for 2 rooms. Not ideal. It was the hotels error. Bike parking was made available. "
