Unfortunately the wifi is weak on the second floor where my room was and on the last night while I was eating in the restaurant, I was given an envelope by the manager to put my tip in when I checked out the next day, I was then asked 2 more times about the tip by the manager. "Nice location in the old city of Marrakech. The souks are easily accessible from the hotel. However hotel is hard to find since it is hidden in a lane. Local will guide but expect to pay a small fee. Cars must be left outside the city gate, about 400m away. Parking is not easy."
