"They did a complimentary upgrade when we arrived. Not sure why, but it was nice of them. The property itself is a bit dated, but we had the pool and hot tub to ourselves the night we stayed. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it was affordable! We appreciated the upgrade. "

"The property manager is falsely advertising this hotel. The hotel is very outdated, unclean, and has a bad odor. Upon checking in just from the unkept and lack of cleaning from the lobby, i could tell. We immediately requested a refund and why. The manager who stated the system wouldnr allow and that he just work there, we knew qas the actual owner. Its sad people falsely advertise thier establishment and take advantage of people and thier hard earning. We even offered to pay for 1 night and...

"Visiting family in neighboring Georgetown, New Albany was the perfect location to visit them and and have easy access to Louisville!"

"This hotel is clean. However, the pool was closed and we didn't find out until check in. Our tv has a line going through it. The bed pillows are the size of couch throw pillows. On another note, the mattress is soft and comfortable. The blankets are actually regular nice bedding too. I am unsure about breakfast because I am writing this review the evening of the stay.. one last thing, if you are a person who wants/needs plugs on both sides of the bed, you are out of luck here."

"When I booked the room, I requested a sofa bed with the king size bed. When checking in I asked about the sofa bed. Since it didn’t have one, they immediately switched us to a different room. We loved the room! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Looking forward to next year’s return."
