"Nice and clean. Driveway had snow and ice on it. Shower was really small. You might add a shower head with a hose. There was no Handsoap at all in the cabin. Otherwise we had a great time!!"

"We got to experience West Point’s famous flooding first hand! Kelli was so helpful and the house is so cozy and comfortable. The weather kept us inside but the kitchen was fantastic and we had fun cooking and playing games in the beautiful common area. We would definitely like to come back in the spring or summer!"

"Had a great weekend at Captain's cabin. we immediately started a fire in the fireplace and enjoyed the quiet popping and warmth of the fire all weekend. Tammy's breakfasts are outstanding. Found some fun things to do in town when we finally pealed ourselves from the cabin."

"Husband and I had to be out of state on short notice and preferred to not stay in a hotel. Found this AMAZING getaway, close enough to where we needed to be, yet at the end of the day wonderful relaxing nights. Quiet, beautiful, best sleep I have had in years! Campfire at night and work up to deer and turkey visits in the morning. We will be back! "

"You can’t beat the views from the deck. Great to see the barges float down the river. Cell coverage is difficult (at least with Verizon), but that’s ok so that you can just get away & relax, and enjoy the river life. Took a driving tour along the Ohio River, really enjoyed all the small towns in the area. Great place to get away!"

"We had an amazing time at this property. We were in town for a basketball tournament and had all our family ranging from 65 to 7 years old. Everyone had a great time. Just a short drive to Louisville. Made all our meals at the house and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The pool house was amazing. Lots of extra room to play games and sleep."
