"Nice and clean. Driveway had snow and ice on it. Shower was really small. You might add a shower head with a hose. There was no Handsoap at all in the cabin. Otherwise we had a great time!!"

"My husband and I stayed for our 17th anniversary. We brought our dog Piglet along is she enjoyed watching the wildlife. We never turned on the television, the view was spectacular! "

"Husband and I had to be out of state on short notice and preferred to not stay in a hotel. Found this AMAZING getaway, close enough to where we needed to be, yet at the end of the day wonderful relaxing nights. Quiet, beautiful, best sleep I have had in years! Campfire at night and work up to deer and turkey visits in the morning. We will be back! "

"You can’t beat the views from the deck. Great to see the barges float down the river. Cell coverage is difficult (at least with Verizon), but that’s ok so that you can just get away & relax, and enjoy the river life. Took a driving tour along the Ohio River, really enjoyed all the small towns in the area. Great place to get away!"

"Wonderful place to getaway from the city. My family spent Thanksgiving here. The owner notified us our cabin was having issues with wifi so she upgraded us to a bigger one with a hot tub. The wifi was still a bit touch and go at first but it was raining and they use satellite. Make sure to print out directions so you can get in and out with ease. Cell reception is almost none existent. But if your trying to get away , you have found the perfect spot! "

The property is gorgeous…it’s beyond that even We got two full days of time with our children! No outside inference. And that was just what we needed after this year! The atmosphere was so peaceful! "Lovely cabin in a secluded area surrounded by nature. Decorated beautifully and they had lots of games, books, movies, and kitchen necessities provided. Plenty of sleeping spaces and even had a toddler bed and rocking chair set out for our daughter. The host is very accommodating and went above and beyond for us as guests. We would stay here again and again!!"
