"Great Stay...we live in Virginia Beach and booked a room so we wouldnt have to drive hom after bringing in the New Year! The check in pricess was smooth and we received a hi floor room which we requested. All went well and wew even granted a late check out the next day! Housekeeping staff was nice and i truly would book here again!! "

"Our stay was fabulous. The front desk staff were all wonderful. Our only problem was when our room was SUPPOSE TO BE CLEANED, WASN'T. On our 3 day we requested that our room be cleaned. Unfortunately IT WASN'T. The room wasn't even touched/ cleaned when we returned at 11pm at night. We had to call the front desk to tell them. The front desk did apologize several times and promised that the next day it would be taken care of, and it was. But sll in all we had s awesome stay and we plan on coming back. "

"We had a great stay here for New Year's Eve! It was only a 5 minute walk to the party at The Main Hotel and a lot less expensive than the other downtown hotels. The room was very clean and in good condition. However, the staff members (front desk and valet employees) made our stay really great! We had a friend meeting us just to go to the party at The Main. When we asked at the front desk for the location of the nearest public garage to let her know the best place to park, they offered to let her valet park at the hotel for free! I would definitely stay here again. "
