"This was the perfect house for my friends and I to stay at. The location is fantastic, just a short 5 min walk down a dirt path that takes you to one of the main beach entrances at Santa Teresa beach. The kitchen was well equipped and the AC works very well. Any questions or issues I had during my stay were resolved very quickly by the hosts. I highly recommend Casa Jabali."

"This spacious home provided a grounding home base for our adventure to Costa Rica. "This house met the needs of our family. The is beautiful, spotless and everything we needed for the 12 days we stayed. Nury is an amazing host - very responsive. "A great location Many good restaurants within walking distance. Close to Carrillo Beach which is one of our favorites. Have an icy snow cone type drink made by Carmen. The pool isn’t huge but it was perfect for us and so refreshing after a day in the hot sun. Air conditioning in the bedrooms for a good night sleep. "Located in the heart of Santa Teresa, this was a decent stop for a couple of nights. Bear in mind it is located directly off the main strip, so it is quite loud at all times. That being said, the property is extremely walkable with all amenities close by, and no 4x4 required to access unlike some of the other properties located up the hill. . The living room AC kept the unit cool, and the equipped kitchen was appreciated. Decent price for the space, and property rep was very responsive."

"This house is the perfect beach house. Our big family stay for three nights. We made a couple of day excursions but other than that stayed at the house, including for meals. It was really relaxing to hear the ocean, hang out outdoors. Sunset viewing, and Dawn ocean swims. Highly recommend. The hostess Pia is super helpful and welcoming."

"This property is fabulous. The construction and quality and layout of the home is wonderful. The view from uptop the mountain is exactly how it is shown. Stefanie the property manager was excellent providing information and lining up both our fishing excursion and our massause. Our masseuse was incredible. The trip up/down the mountain is interesting as are many of the roads in Santa Teresa and El carmen and you need a 4 wheel drive for sure. Once you get there it is well worth the drive."

"We loved everything about this property. It is private, quiet yet close enough to walk to the beach and the rancho bar. The whole area is flat so easy to manage if you have a stroller or if you are elderly. There is a full age range of people in this community which was super fun for nights at the rancho. I highly recommend this property. The owner was very responsive and organized. A fantastic vacation!"

"We loved the apartment and having two pools was great. The beach was a very short walk across the road and down a trail and there are restaurants on the doorstep. Santa Teresa is the perfect surf and yoga town, has a good healthy lifestyle feel about it and feels safe. We loved being able to walk back and forth to the beach so if one person had enough of the beach they didn't have to wait for the whole family. Lucia was very helpful and responsive when we had questions. We will definitely come...

"One week before arrival i replied to the emails send by vacasa/vrbo; 3 emails to ask for local persons contact. Did not receive any reply on the emails. So we had to wait by the gate. Had to call to vacasa USA, several calls, a mess. Once entered the property, big was the surprise when we saw the walls full of dirty traces in all chambers! Oxidation from the fans made a complete mess. Bedsheets, walls, all full of sprinkled oxidation. Also only 1 towel per person for the whole stay (4days!)...
