"Casa Ventura is very comfortable and relaxing. The pool in the backyard is wonderful as they keep it cool. My daughter and I stayed for a week and hated to leave. The house had all the amenity's needed for a great vacation. Both bedrooms have AC units which made sleeping restful. It is a short ride or walk to town and beach. We would definitely stay at Casa Ventura next time we go to Costa Rica."

"Superb time. Photos were spot on and in some cases did not do justice. Lucy was great on communication throughout.. "The house and location is amazing. It’s spacious and has the best view! We loved the days in the pool overlooking the ocean. The property manager Louis is awesome. Super responsive and helpful. "I never wanted to leave! With the beautiful yard, the beach, the tide pools and Cheyo and his wonderful dogs, Sand Dollar Cove was heavenly! We wanted to stay somewhere away from the crowds where we could relax and enjoy the outdoors, and we did! The birds and howler monkeys were plentiful. Elizabeth and Jim were excellent hosts and quick to answer my questions. I’m already scheming to go back. Thank you so much, Elizabeth and Jim, for sharing your magical place."

"Before the trip, Alvaro was very quick to respond to any questions about the house. Upon arrival, Maggie greeted us and was also very prompt with any questions or assistance that we needed. "Located in the heart of Santa Teresa, this was a decent stop for a couple of nights. Bear in mind it is located directly off the main strip, so it is quite loud at all times. That being said, the property is extremely walkable with all amenities close by, and no 4x4 required to access unlike some of the other properties located up the hill. . The living room AC kept the unit cool, and the equipped kitchen was appreciated. Decent price for the space, and property rep was very responsive."
