"This property is realy close to many food options, as well supermarkets and very close to the beach. The rooms at the hotel are very clean and confortables. Share areas like kitchen and outdoor terrace are clean and you can spend some thime there reading or just relaxing. In general, very nice place."

"This place has the million dollar view! It's very clean and well kept. You don't need a 4x4 to get up there. You can get up to the property in a regular SUV that has decent clearance because the road is bumpy, steep and narrow. It's close to everything you'll need during your stay. "

"nice pool and the A/C works great. The negative side the shower head needs to be replaced and the host were fighting/arguing really loud at 1am to the point the husband had to sleep in the other container. Made it very awkward to say the least and unprofessional when you have guest. Would not stay for that reason."

"When i got to Santa Teresa this people didnt have my reservation ready and they told me they didnt confirm the reservation because EXPEDIA DIDNT PAY THEM BACK! "This place is amazing. It is truly one of my best travel memories with my family. The beach was remote and empty. And beautiful. The property was always being cleaned, breakfast was delicious, and everyone was so accommodating. We went in the beginning of the rainy season, so we had afternoon rained cool things off. no problem sleeping with the fan. I would absolutely go back again and can’t recommend highly enough."

"One week before arrival i replied to the emails send by vacasa/vrbo; 3 emails to ask for local persons contact. Did not receive any reply on the emails. So we had to wait by the gate. Had to call to vacasa USA, several calls, a mess. Once entered the property, big was the surprise when we saw the walls full of dirty traces in all chambers! Oxidation from the fans made a complete mess. Bedsheets, walls, all full of sprinkled oxidation. Also only 1 towel per person for the whole stay (4days!)...
