"Lovely apartment very close to the beach, shops, bars & restaurants.Jayne was very helpful & immediately contactable when required.Our only problem was how cold it was in the apartment, which is a common issue with Spanish properties in the winter. To be fair when we mentioned it to Jayne after our stay, she said that we should have reached out and she would have supplied a heater."

" Location superb, car parking under the property difficult to navigate with anything larger than a small car. Great communication from Martin. View of Montgo now obscured due to new build. Lovely pool but could do with a handrail at steps. Was generally quite quiet, there are some residents with children, but they weren't particularly annoying. Large appartment, squeaky beds quite low if you have bad knees, 2 of the 4 tvs have no channels, but only an issue if you watch tv in bed. AC works...

"We loved our stay at this property. The apartment is very spacious and finished to a very high standard. Everything was beautiful. The views of Javea bay and the sea from the balconies are spectacular. There’s also a fantastic view of the Montgo. Javea old town with all its restaurants and bars is literally 2 mins from the front door. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone."

"Apartment is very nice with a new bathroom and kitchen in a great location. If I were to have one criticism, it would be that the bedroom lets it down a bit though as it's very dated and the linen and towels could do with updating. The only air con is in the lounge which doesn't reach the bedroom and there's no ceiling fan in there either. One side of the patio doors from the bedroom wouldn't open so we had to sleep in the lounge for the first couple of nights as it was too hot in the bedroom....

"The owners were great at communicating before the holiday but the caretaker Pepe never spoke to or saw during our stay despite calling. His partner would speak to us.
