"I booked a family room at the Tonquin for a ski trip to Marmot with (4) grandchildren. Altho the kitchenette was a little tight for meal prep the room had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool & hot tub for après ski fun. It was really nice having a tv in the main area where the kids could watch kids shows & I could watch the oilers game on the tv in the separate bedroom. Beds & pillows were comfortable. It was quite warm in the room even with the heat turned off we had to open a window. The he rooms are dated but clean. All of the front desk staff were welcoming & extremely helpful. The kids loved the complimentary hot chocolate & stickers in the lobby. There were lots of towels available in the pool/hot tub areas. There was a work out room overlooking the pool which would’ve been nice to use if there had been free time! All in all a perfect & affordable place to stay with grandkids! Many thx to the Tonquin Inn staff"
