"Very convenient to son and daughter-in-law who delivered baby early on Christmas Day. Necessitated extended stay which was accommodated but key panel code expired and resulted in temporary lock out. Checkin instructions had included directions for accessing lockbox with keys which was never located, even with help of agents. Overall, satisfactory accommodation but kitchen could use a working can opener."

"Property was simple and clean. Pool and hot tub were a huge plus and in excellent condition. Location was great as it's a short bike ride to Food Lion and several ice cream shops. Neighborhood is quiet. Only negative is they wouldn't let us check in before 4 pm even though was no one there the day prior. With us arriving to town around noon it would have been nice to be able to get to the house even 2 hours earlier in order for us to get settled in. Also wouldn't let us check out an hour later...

"Our third stay here was as delightful as our first. The property is perfectly located in central OBX with close access to beach, Roanoke Island, several nature preserves and most of the shopping areas. We have appreciated and enjoyed the clean, attractive and luxurious interior of this apartment. Everything we need is provided with an eye to quality. Bikes and kayaks are a bonus feature. The host has been quite helpful over the years. We are looking forward to another stay here."

"Had a weekend with just the girls and we truly had plenty of space for all of us and the locations was very easy to get to the beach from. Screened in porch made it nice to sit outside but avoid bugs. "
