"The property was a taxi ride from the main area of Havana but taxis were organised very easily. the rooms and en suite bathrooms were large and the bed very comfortable. shower a bit temperamental but it didn't matter. The house was full of old and interesting artefacts and the main guy spoke really good English and was very helpful. breakfast seemed to be whenever we wanted it and was basically anything we wanted. Very good coffee! Our stay was overall excellent"

"Amanda is an excellent friendly host with plenty of recommendations as to how you can tailor your experience in Havana to your tastes. The casa is beautifully decorated, safe and close to the Capitol and Parque Central. There is a steep staircase leading up to the casa (which was only a bit of an issue because I was traveling with a 65 year old with mobility issues) but otherwise I couldn't reccomend this casa enough! :)"

"This hotel was the first location that we saw in Havan, It is more like a BB location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was nice. As I wrote, the staff was great, the bed was comfortable. The problem was there was no seat on the toilet stool, the wifi connection was bad, you needed to be in the rooms close to the lobby to get a connection. and the area of the hotel is very poor with a bad smell."

"The architecture and layout of this casa was pleasing & interesting and quirky but very well maintained & in excellent condition. Our room was quite spacious and the housekeeping was excellent. Lots of steps to room and breakfasts (separate area for some rooms)so be forewarned that this casa is not for the person that cannot handle steps. Communications with the "managers"were limited. There were 4 "managers" that rotated. Friendly & cordial but they were not forthcoming with information or...
