"Christian, the manager, was delightful and went above and beyond to be helpful throughout our stay. His English was very good and he was very thoughtful A qualified doctor, he also aided my daughter with sunburn and tummy trouble. The hotel has a lovely courtyard where delicious breakfasts are served. We had the double height, triple room at the front of the property which was a beautiful characterful room however the only window opened out straight on to the street which meant a lot of noise and no privacy so recommend any of the other rooms would be preferrable"

"Excellent service, kind and helpful hosts -- we felt lucky to be here during a 48-hour power outage, when they gave us battery-powered flashlights and for several hours were able to get a generator working (and we still had a great breakfast both days). The place is full of fascinating collectibles from many decades ago. We stayed in Room 3 (the Elvis room)."
