"The property was just as advertised. Very well furnished with amenities (coffee maker, coffee, cookware, dishes, glasses, etc.). Large living room, dining room and kitchen. Large master bedroom with bonus office space attached. Cozy and private outdoor area. It felt like a home away from home and I will.book the property again on my next visit to Baton Rouge. "

"This was a great spot and exceeded expectations. The game room was well stocked with nice cues and a great TV set up. Can't overstate how pleased we were with the overall vibe. Only complaint is the check in and out times. 10am makes it hard to fully enjoy the last night of the stay without having to start packing for an early departure. "

"Clean, quiet attached apartment space close to everything, including a park that was great for walking the dogs. Home was without stairs which was perfect for us. Have to mention the heated tile floor in bathroom which was a treat I wasn’t expecting! The roaming chickens were cute except when they pooped on the welcome mat, but free eggs for breakfast made up nicely "

"We had a gathering of friends to attend a college classmate's funeral. I selected this property for its size, price, reviews, and location near the Restaurant Parrain's, where we had a large group dinner. I travel extensively for work, but this was my first VRBO rental. "Wonderful home! The home is beautifully decorated, spacious, and clean. The owner has been intentional in providing as many comforts as possible. The kitchen is very well stocked with nice pans, plates, utensils, and tools. Beds are comfy and there are plenty of towels for each bathroom. The owner is quick to respond and resolve any issues. Highly recommend! "
