Upon arrival I discovered the lockbox did not have a key in it. Fortunately, I was able to get in touch with the property manager and found out that I was not in the unit noted in the VRBO message. "The experience was beyond imagination and one that forced us to pay $$$ at a hotel on a major football weekend. Just could not stay here and subject ourselves to the absolute filth of the place. The issue list is lengthy- could not access to the apartment on late check-in ( most likely a double booking ). No bath towels, only one half roll of toilet paper in the apartment , no bed sheets in the master bedroom, multitude of bugs crawling all over the floor & sink to the lingering smoke (...
