However, the overall experience can vary, as it depends on the staff you encounter. While there are some receptionists who are very friendly and provide excellent hospitality, there are also a few who are impolite and aloof. Despite this inconsistency, I generally enjoy my stays at this hotel. And well, just relax when you are on holiday!"

"Right next to Busan station, very convenient for KTX travel in and out of Busan. Can also get a decent view of the city harbour as the cruise terminal was right in front of the hotel. Since it’s next to Busan station transport is not an issue. Great place to stay. Would recommend. "
