"We should have stayed for a week or more. Far from the hustle and pretensions of the city and even little Coronado, Imperial Beach is quaint, had everything we needed within a mile, and we relaxed easily. The Beach is gorgeous, but not swimmable at the time. The po was cool and clear, and the hot tub was great for our aches & pains. We really enjoyed the full kitchen and large couch. Great water pressure in the shower! "

"Location and view was great! Especially at night with all the lights. If you plan on staying for any length just know that there are very minimal comforts in the kitchen. Salt, pepper and veg oil only. You will want to bring/buy almost everything you need. Cooking utensils and equipment were adequate. Smoke detector is located directly above the stove/oven so it went off very easeasily with each cook. Beds were super comfy. Soaps provided in the shower. Tons of natural light and windows galore...

"I loved being next to the beach. The price was comparatively reasonable for location. There's even a little walkable coffee, breakfast and lunch place nearby called Katy's Cafe. But there are a ton of places to eat nearby and on Palm Ave. where my family lives. The building is very secure and the apartment is cozy but roomy too, and quiet. I didn't use the kitchen but it appears to have everything needed. "

"The condo was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Nice views of the ocean and a great location for doing whatever you might want to do. Excellent to walk as far as you like. Easy drive to San Diego, Coronado, Chula Vista, etc.Diane and Gary are the consummate hosts. Excellent communication from start, during and finish. They are always there if you have any issues or a question.It is nice to have an elevator from the garage which aids in moving in and out.We recommend this condo with...

"Spent the week at a conference at the convention center. Nice location downtown. Condo is open aired with walls but no ceiling on the lower room. This worked out great for our purpose. Gives more privacy than a hotel room with easy access to what the Gaslamp has to offer."
