"Upon arrival we were told not to mention it was a VRBO and that we are the host’s cousins. Upon alerting customer service of this and the notice in the elevator stating short term rentals are not allowed, they said the host said the notice is old and no longer relevant, and the most they could do is a 50$ refund as it did not classify as part of the guarantee to find a place. We left, contacted the general manager of the building, and confirmed it was not allowed to be rented. We contacted VRBO...

"Stayed on location for 3 nights. The place says it sleeps 50 but there are only 4 bedrooms. That sleep around 20 comfortably. One room is up in a loft area and has no doors or walls. Just curtains for privacy With a large group id stay again but knowing the sleeping arrangements ahead of time. They do provide a number of air mattresses. Id bring some extra blankets and beddingWe did have an issue with the heated pool which we were refunded for a portion of that charge. The location is secluded...
