"We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house! The views of the frozen lake were amazing. Thanks to Melissa for clearing the snow from the walk before we got there! We cooked a couple meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. This was our 2nd visit and we will be back! Highly recommend!"

"We stayed in this home while our own home was having some renovations done. It was clean and pet friendly, which was great because we were able to take our two cats with us. I emailed the owners with some questions I had. They quickly responded and were very friendly. We were very comfortable in this home and enjoyed our stay there! As an added bonus, they even have sound machines to help you sleep at night. I loved it so much that I bought one for my own home!"

"My family and I enjoyed our weekend stay. The owner was very responsive to all communication and was very nice to let us do a late check out. The house was plenty big enough for 4 adults, a child and two small dogs. Its in a great location central to everything in Erie. The house was clean upon our arrival and remodled very nice. For the nightly weekend rate it was more than resonable. My only complant would be that the outside stairs were covered in ice when we arrived. I know ice has been bad...

"It is an older home. It was perfect for a one night stay. Things that could be improved: The steps were somewhat cleared of snow, the driveway was not. It should have been cleared. We were able to pull one car onto the drive, but the smaller car would have gotten stuck and had to park in the street.There were no hand towels or soap in the bathrooms. "The location of this waterfront property at the north end of Chautauqua Lake is exceptional! The house is large, and although we were only a group of 6, it could accommodate many more. We enjoyed spectacular sunsets, charming campfires, a pontoon boat rental, winery tours, and a quaint lunch and dinner in the town of Mayville. The weather and fall colors could not have been more perfect! "
