"Food and staff were excellent"

"The hotel was very clean. The food available was fantastic and very varied including local Rajasthan dishes. Our room had an upstairs sitting area with a view of the fort. Whilst everything was perfect the best part were the staff from the guy who made my Indian breakfast to the manager who gave us sandwiches when we left. We were only able to eat one evening at the hotel but the food, service and view of the Fort was perfect. Nothing is too much trouble for the wonderful staff."

"Jaisalmer is one of the MUST SEE places in the world. I apprecaite the people around and the kind of respect guests get there esepcailly in the Fort. We were delighted when a family invited us to their house when we were roaming around the alleys! Great feeling! We will return there in the next opportunity and stay in this hotel."

"Excellent property for family, majestic outer decor, and superb view of JSM fort from 1st floor rooms and terrace. Close proximity to tourist destinations and railway station. Decent pool (small size) and menu options. Don't mind the approach road as you will get a good safe and nice hotel stay. Children play activities options are none, except for the pool."

"The property seems very old and need some serious maintenance. The room that we got was having very dim lights, Tv was not working, exhaust fan was not working, no mirror outside the bathroom. Only good thing about the place was that it has good connectivity and was very clean. They followed all covid protocols. Everyone there was fully vaccinated. Food was below average as compared to other places around the area. Hence I would give it 3 star."
