"Staff service is great. Dining options are also great. Multiple restaurants with extensive room dining options. But we did not like jaipur as a city. Too much pollution, behaviour of crowd is really bad. If you are visiting with a baby , it will be a nightmare to visit touristic places. Garbage everywhere. We had to cut short our trip and came back before 2 days. But hotel is good and we had enjoyed our stay. "

"The staff is nice depending upon who you get. We stayed on the 2nd floor. Corridors carpets were filthy but rooms were ok. No bottled water. You have to ask for it. Wifi is just terrible. Just doesn’t connect. Bathroom amenities are also limited like no conditioner, no facial tissue, limited towels. Bathroom dated but functional. Looks like somehow a lot of tourists are ferried here. "It’s a lovely palace but the bathroom toilet was not working properly. The first night we woke up to a pool of cold water. The hot water was minimal. You had to rush showering before the water went on the colder side. The bathroom was not well kept. We had requested a heater as the room was very cold. The area the hotel is in is dreadful. "
