"We should have been informed prior or at time of booking, and offered some compensation for our stay being the fact that the property was under renovation - so a bit inconvenient arriving thru back and going down stairs with luggage . Continental breakfast was offered as compensation for this inconvenience and a $10 coupon for spa service -there was no full hot breakfast offerings/menu as well and no microwave in the room or water bottles /drinks . "It was clean and comfortable. We didn't get a breakfast as stated when booked. That was a main reason for staying as to avoid going to a restaurant elsewhere in the morning."
