"My husband and I are deaf, so we booked a disability room that had a visual fire alarm. But the shower was designed for someone in a wheelchair so the shower could only be used while sitting instead of being able to adjust for a standing person. Also the drain didn’t work. There was water flowing out the bathroom door. "

"The Junto is great! The staff is absolutely fantastic. The coffee shop is great with excellent coffee and even better baristas! Loved the fireplace in the lobby and tres cool ambience. Will probably be our go to when we go to Columbus. "
