The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even making sure I knew how to access the elevator with my key card--most hotels just check you in and leave you to struggle on your own. "The front desk and rooftop lounge staff were so, so helpful and warm. They also had little sachets of lavender in the lobby for guests on a rainy day, I put one in my luggage on the way home. Nice attention to detail. But really the standout element was the staff. Thank you!"

"We enjoyed our staycation. Everything was awesome. My only complaint is it is too quiet. There was no fan in the bathroom, or fan to keep on through thermostat. Next time, I’ll bring my sound machine because you can hear everything outside of the room. Other than that, room was on point. Restaurant was perfect too! "

"Great value. That’s gonna be THE reason for the rating. Value is excellent. But there are some things to know. First off, the area is solid but not without a little bit of sketchiness. Folks can be a little loud even later at night and a little awareness is needed. The bathroom is a bit cramped, particularly if you’re a bigger guy like myself, and the water pressure and heat can go on you quickly. The bed is FIRM. If that’s your preference, then awesome. Otherwise, it’s an adjustment....
