"J'avais réservé pour Ilios appartement et j'avais ma confirmation. Arrivés: pas de place pour nous, nous sommes accueillis au Ilios hotel. C'est un endroit où les jeunes vont pour faire le party et moi j'arrive avec ma famille! Les jeunes buvaient, se criaient d'une chambre à l'autre et la musique était très forte. Je vais voir à l'accueil pour trouver une solution: personne ne peut m'aider car les responsables sont partis!!???? J'ai du monter le ton pour avoir du service et une solution. ...

"This is a very luxurious property featuring two bedrooms, a huge living room, dining room and a big terrace with a private pool. You'll be really spoiled here. It is also very quiet and private. "This self catering hotel suited us perfectly as it had a great pool which was not busy and it was only a few steps down onto the sandy beach. The towels in the room were changed daily (if we wanted them to be changed) and beds made etc. It is not the 4 star facility that some people would want, but if you do not want all the bells and whistles and just want a lovely family run self catering hotel in the best location then you cannot beat this one. "

"The shower head has some kind of deposit build up. It didn't really affect water pressure, but it is sightly. That could probably be fixed by soaking it in vinegar and baking soda. "This property far exceeded our expectations. We knew from the reviews that it was going to be great but we were not prepared for the magnificent views, the magical outdoor space and the incredible sense of privacy. It was mesmeric, utterly breathtaking and we loved every minute of our stay. We also thoroughly enjoyed the local area, including the beaches, great restaurants and the Palace of Knossos. As soon as we got home, we were dreaming of when we could come back to the Mirabello Estate. "
