"The family owned small complex that could not have been better. The family could not have been kinder, more welcoming and so helpful. We ate in the restaurant downstairs 3 times and it was outstanding and reasonably priced. Amazing view from our balcony. Plenty of parking for our hire car. "Excellent location, on a high hill overlooking the bay towards Agios Nikolaos. Tavernas nearby and only 20 minutes drive to Ag.Nik. Within easy reach of most areas at the eastern end of Crete. You need a car here, although there are plenty of bus stops along the main road. However, it would be a bit of a climb back up to the apartment from the road. Very friendly hospitable people. We knew from the reviews that it was going to be great but we were not prepared for the magnificent views, the magical outdoor space and the incredible sense of privacy.
