"Excellent from start to finish, reception staff brilliant always went above & beyond, especially Yolanda & Bryan who despite being a newbie, sorted a minor issue for us. The breakfast was so good, friendly staff, great choices, best breakfast we’ve had anywhere. The style of the hotel was so on trend, pristinely clean and well presented in every area. The room was light & spacious, all top quality. Beds a little hard for me but that’s just preference. Lovely extra touches like water stations & fresh fruit on every level was much appreciated. Ideally located, minutes from the beach, marina & Ramblas. If we return to Alicante I would definitely stay again & highly recommend. "

We loved the roof terrace, a moment of peace whilst still surrounded by the buzz of Alicante. Beautiful historic surroundings and the room was full of character. Would throughly recommend. "

"It’s a decent well priced hotel for a mid February stay. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was included, room was spotlessly clean with daily housekeeping, English speaking staff and entertainment on an evening even out of season. Bar prices reasonable. Plenty of free parking around hotel and car was safe. Lovely view even from lower floors. Overall a very good stay. Have booked my mum in there for a week in April for a bit of spring sunshine."

"Stopover before morning flight. Stayed here several times, always good. The only negative point is no bedside lights in room. Some rooms have them but last three stays here, the rooms haven’t had them. A bit annoying having to use the very bright ceiling lights to read in bed. Apart from that, it’s very good."
