There were rain showers and by the time I returned to the hotel my shoes were covered in mud. I took my shoes off and was in the lawn, trying to clean them with a stick. Your man Edward came over and offered to clean my shoes. I was so grateful for his help. A little later Edward returned my shoes, clean and free of mud. This is but one example of the above and beyond service that makes Ole Sereni a top notch, world class hotel."
