"I booked this unit for 2 nights, and from the start, it was difficult to find. Upon arrival, I discovered a pool of water on the floor in one bathroom, while the ceiling in the second bathroom had peeling paint. "So booked this stay ion Orbitz and prepaid . When I checked in they said I owed them money. Showed them my receipt on orbitz gave me a hassle but said ok. When I checked out 3 days later said I owed money agsin. Showed her receipts for payment of the 3 nights. Refused to honor them even those I had proof of payment. Threatened to not let me leave until I paid. She made me talk to the people off the phone and I sent them proof emails. Still wanted me to pay agsin for 2 nights. Was a nightmare,...

"Booked one night and I probably would’ve canceled the next day if I had booked longer. I couldn’t even bring myself to sleep on the bed and the WiFi did not work. If possible, I would consider investing some more resources into making the space more conducive, even if it means charging a little more per night."
