"A great location surrounded by many bars and restaurants. A little tricky to find at first but once we got our bearings we realised just how centrally based we were. A few complimentary drinks in our fridge on arrival - a nice touch. Always tea, coffee and juice available at reception as well as some speciality biscuits. "Awesome stay. Just 4 minute walk from San Stai stop on the Grand Canal. Away from all the tourists. But still excellent neighborhood with easy access and some hidden gem restaurants and shops nearby. Very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Would stay again if we return to Venice. "

"Great location very clean and the front desk staff was great. We were able to take the number 5 bus from the airport and there is a stop close to hotel. For the price and the hassle way better then staying in Venice and you can still catch the bus into the city."

"Hotel is in a hidden area and very rustic. Receptionist was friendly but the room was smoky. It does have an elevator which is huge! Dog outside in neighboring building barked ALL DAY and ALL NIGHT Until after 10pm. Just prepare yourself. My wife complained about the bed being too hard. I thought the shower in the tub was slippery and a bit dangerous with no mat, but does have astool you can put in. "
