"We stayed June 30-July 3 and our stay was perfect. Silvia met us at S.Silvestro and it was a very short walk to the apartment from there. She gave us a list of dining suggestions when we asked, we didn’t cook at all, but the kitchen would work great if you wanted to cook. We had a small issue with the hot water, but Alberto was able to instruct us via text quickly how to fix it. Everything you would need is very close by, we loved our visit."

"We very much liked this property: very clean, nice layout, right on one of the canals, perfect for 4 people. It was a little ways from the main “hustle & bustle” areas of Venice, so it would be considered a more quiet area of the city, but then you had to do a little more walking to get to where you wanted to go (which wasn’t so bad, because we got to see more!). Communication with property manager was poor partly because VRBO messaging was not functioning and property manager was not consistently responding to email with complete decisions. Mosquitoes are a problem in this property. After arriving and finding windows opened by maid, we closed windows and used air conditioner. "This is a wonderfully spacious, nice apartment. Comfy bed and couch. The company that manages the property was very helpful and available for help. I suggest letting them arrange the boat transfer (we came from the train but they organize from the airport too). It is on the 4th floor with no lift but not bad really. "
