"This was a very nice ryokan, with polite and courteous staff. The location was very good, only a 10-minute walk from the train station, and one of the main Shinto shrines (Geku Jingo) in the area. The place was very quite and peaceful, and decorated with beautiful Japanese prints and fresh flowers. "Wonderful experience! Friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (Annex Grande), good restaurant, relaxing onsen, beautiful lobby lounge with delicious amenities, self-laundry available, luggage storage available, easy parking. You have to walk out onto the street and re-enter the premises (adjacent bldg) to access the restaurant and onsen if you reserve a room on the Annex Grande side of the hotel. Besides that minor detail, it was a great stay and would reserve again! "
