"The hotel and my room was nice. But I was disappointed with the breakfast. I did go down rather late but it was obvious they did not restock items. The eggs were overcooked and scraping the bottom of the pan and the hand-cut fruit did not look fresh art all. The staff were removing items from the buffet and bakery area even before the end of breakfast! Disappointing."

"Excellent stay overall! The only cleanliness issue was that the bathroom mirror wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. You could see streaks where they only could reach so high. All staff was attentive to our needs and friendly. We do highly recommend the restaurant and room service. We had dinner both nights of our stay and every dish was delicious. We were thrilled the weather cooperated with a beautiful snowfall upon our departure. "

"Staff at check in was not very knowledgeable, but friendly. Megan who helped us during our stay however, was excellent in every way. Friendly, helpful, and great attitude. Really appreciated her help. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!"

"We always choose to stay here because it is in a great location. We like the ample parking and proximity to the shops in the downtown area. They also have a wonderful pool and hot tub and excellent breakfast."

"We really enjoyed staying here, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants! Room was small but had everything we needed. The only complaint I could come up with is the trash truck coming at 6 am everyday haha but that’s obviously not anything to do with the hotel. Staff was nice, coffee was great, ate at Glorietta across the parking lot and it was incredible. Would stay again."

"An expensive but conveniently located, well designed property with beautiful common areas. We enjoyed our recent stay. Jacuzzi jets should be much stronger and housekeeping service should be provided every other day. "

"Flat Creek Inn offered a clean, comfortable room, in a location convenient to all Jackson has to offer. Free coffee in the General Store stocked with any item a traveler might need. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again. Extremely affordable. "

"This was amazing! All the staff was great! The front desk team stood out the most. I did forget some names but they were all amazing!!! Two guys and a blonde woman. I think one of the guys names was Robert. All around 10/10. The text line with the team was so easy and one of the best highlights and a great way to communicate to the team for whatever we or they needed or requested. This visit was amazing! The serving staff and bar staff was above and beyond!! "

"Loved the privacy of having your own cabin! The resort was quiet and peaceful. Everything in town square was walkable from the resort - 15 min walk from our cabin to the middle of the town square. We had problem with the shower, they fixed it the next day. "
