"The staff were incredibly kind and helpful! We ran into some issues upgrading through Expedia, which initially tried to charge an extra $1,200. However, when I contacted the hotel directly, they were able to assist right away, and the upgrade ended up costing less than half that amount. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted with leis and a box of chocolate. Our room had a beautiful sunset view from the balcony and was conveniently located within walking distance to the beach. The beach gear rental attendant also had a great sense of humor, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would stay here again if I find myself in Maui."

"Great value for your money! The property is very well maintained with very friendly staff. Pool area is nice but the 'wow' here is the beach and the location. Walkable to other resorts and their bars/shops/restaraunts"

"We have stayed at this property multiple times. The staff is wonderful! The food and service at The Beach Club restaurant is fantastic! There is a grocery store right across the street as well as a few restaurants. The Hawaiian BBQ restaurant is a great deal. Good portion of food and freshly made. Two pools to enjoy. The mornings are so tranquil. We sat and had our coffee while enjoying the ocean. We won’t stay anywhere else! "

We loved the Sheraton Maui!

"We loved our stay at the Sheraton Maui. The proximity to the beach was wonderful, the rooms were comfortable, the breakfast buffet was fantastic. We stayed in another nearby resort a few years ago and we all agreed the Sheraton was better. We'll stay there again next time we go to Maui."
