"This is our second time staying at this property and like my title says, it just keeps getting better the more you come. This time, we added to our crew and brought my parents with. They loved the place. Our girls could not get over how many toys they had to play with and how much space they had to run and play in and on the property. "Great location for our hunting group in the Iron River area. Plenty of parking, easy access, close to STH 2. Interior was spotless and very up to date. Large laundry room was a plus. TV screens in various rooms is nice but hardly necessary. Likewise the king size bed seemed superfluous. We could have used more beds - two single beds in the large bedroom would be more practical. Similarly, could have used a small chair in each bedroom - for sitting down while dressing. Would be nice to...

"Location was good for our itinerary which included a trip to Bayfield plus some hiking and a day on the UTV trails. Beautiful scenery at the home, but it seems house had a problem with mice that should get fixed. Overall we enjoyed our stay once we accepted we would share the space with some uninvited guests. 😁"

The one thing I would say is that the bathroom is a shared space with the other cabins on the property. I did not see this listed in the description, but it wasn’t really an issue for us; just good information for future guests!"

"This home has room for everyone to gather for games and meals at a huge table that can seat 12. We loved that. You also can spread out if you want to chill by yourself and take in the views. During our visit it was cold outside so the fireplace was fabulous. PacMan game was so fun. We mostly loved the short walk through the trees down to the beach on Lake Superior. Love this place and really, the drive from Duluth didn't take too long. We noticed some repair is needed to the ping...

"The property is very nice, lake is very quiet. Very relaxing week. We ventured to Amnicon Falls State Park and Pattison State Park for hiking. Did a 12 mile kayak trip on Brule river and went to Duluth for a day. All are eady drives from the house."

Some games were provided if desired. T.V. was available. The beach area was fun to walk along and explore. We enjoyed a campfire in the campfire ring and wood was provided. The hostess was always responsive to our questions in a very helpful and timely manner. "

"We had a wonderful time with our family visiting from abroad. The cabin surroundings are just beautiful in the fall and you have access to the beach also amazing. We are not early morning people and not having blackouts made it very difficult to sleep in in the morning. The shared spaces for the whole family are just perfect. "This place was perfect for what we needed. The front porch was the highlight of our mornings, drinking coffee in the rocking chairs. It’s within close distance to all the things we were hoping to get to, Bayfield and the apostle islands. It may be due for a bug treatment as there were lots of spiders throughout the house, but other than that this place was awesome!"
