"By far the worst rental Ive ever booked. We booked for 11/6-11/12 during a trip to bury my aunt. I contacted the host to let her know that our flight would be landing at 3am Thurs morning. She asked if someone could pick up the keys. When we arrived after 4am, already exhausted, we get upstairs and the keys did not work. "I booked this about 2 months ago. The manager of post, contacted me by email 3 day before my trip. Saying that I "only need to speak to the security for the details". He then messages me 36 hours before my trip. The day before giving me the excuse "oh they just started cleaning today. Because of the chemical smell can last more the 24 hours" Thats BS lie number one. So where he put me was not the advertised place and where he put me was not good. At the time of my stay there was NO running...
