"Property was very clean and nice, heating and cooling worked wonderfully and the view was impeccable. Only difficulty was my lack of Korean phone number for communication on where to park and which room we were staying so I had to do so through kakao for which my boyfriend had to do the talking as I’m not fluent in Korean. Everything else was wonderful"

"The room does not have floor mats as it is all ceramic so the room is always cold and there is no slipper or chairs furnished to sit on and the bath towel is very small and useless for taking a shower. There is another room with a complete sitting set and floor mats but I was not given that room. "The one we stayed is like a studio. Has big fridge and washing machine (with dryer). Kitchen utensils and electric stove. There is a tablet where you can order food for delivery and price is reasonable. The room we had has a great view of the bridge. The room is with key lock so you don't need the keycard to enter. "Location is great. Room is comfortable. Ideal for a family holiday. Only downside is the lift. There is only four lifts that service up to 42 levels. It is extremely busy in the morning and during check in and check out hours, so you will need to wait quite a while for it and also to get in and out. As it tends to stop at almost every other floor. "

"Although this hotel was impossible to find on Google maps it is very nice inside. The hotel is connected to another hotel H hotel I believe and they were so much more helpful than mine. "Room booked on Expedia is different from what I was given. Room is nice and clean but the false advertisement is what got me irritated with the service here. 1. "The room by itself was acceptable for that price. Nothing special but good enough to get some rest. But all the shared areas are really dirty. Especially the restroom/shower is in a very bad condition and super dirty (even though it gets cleaned). For half the price it would be acceptable. But it was an experience by itself "

"부산에 처음 놀러갔는데 아스티 호텔이 부산역 바로 옆에 위치 해 있어 예약했습니다. 새벽에 도착했는데 하필 방 문 락이 고장나서 복도에서 좀 기다리고 침구류에 이물질이 묻어있어 곤란했지만 직원분들 모두 친절했습니다. 사람이 실수를 할 수 있기에 이런 상황에서 어떻게 대처하는 지가 중요한 것 같습니다. 비가 오는 날 프론트에서 유니폼 입은 여자 직원분이 우산도 대여해주시고 피트니스 문도 열어주시고 분실물도 친절하게 응대해주셔서 감사했습니다."
