"We loved the location and the direct access to the water. The kayaks and the canoe were definitely an incentive to choose this rental. We rented the second story which was plenty of room for five people, and more than enough room for just us three. You can rent both the first and second floors. There is a fire pit and a dock. "My grandson wanted to move in the house is so beautiful and well decorated. Being on the river was very relaxing and convenient. We took the kayaks out every day and enjoyed paddling on the river and looking for manatees. My grandson even saw some otters. The house is near the kayak rental so I enjoyed people watching; noise was not an issue for us and I liked the activity, which is limited to about 9 am to about 6 pm and after that it is complete silence.
