"This was our best stay on our whole trip to Scotland. While, it was a little off the beaten path, it provided a quiet, cosy oasis after we had been staying in towns in lodges without parking for our car. Achmore had ample parking on site. Ida met us at our car and showed us to our room while loading more fire wood in the pot belly stove in room. It was a lovely site as we walked in! So warm and cosy. "Had a fantastic 4 day stay here at the end of April. The apartment was great and ideal for two couples, also with adjacent parking. What really made it extra special was the communication prior to arrival and during check-in with Katy - she was so helpful and provided lots of information on where to shop, eat etc. would have no hesitation in recommending to others and hope that we will be back to stay next year."

The setting is lovely and quiet, and we enjoyed walking and exploring the village, the stunning views, and finding sea glass by the shore.
