"This hotel has a very good/walkable location. The facility itself was fine - rooms were a bit small and dated, but clean and comfortable. The staff is hit or miss - some border dismissive but others - thanks to Gabriella, in particular - are very helpful. Important Note: we got sick and were unable to fly home as scheduled, so we needed to extend our stay. Given our condition, we simply went to the desk (twice) and they processed our request. "This was an amazing hotel to stay at in Budapest. Location was great, near St Stephen’s Basillica. The service and attention to detail is as good as I have seen in a hotel starting from the bellmen, the check-in process, and the wait staff at Breakfast. Our check person recommended restaurant and got us reservations. The rooms are very spacious with a big bathroom tub and shower. Our room had a balcony overlooking courtyard. Full breakfast that was complimentary. "
