"The staff were fantastic, the hotel was immaculately clean and a great location. A special shout out is required, due to a jet lag we kept strange hours the first few days in Galway, the late night team, in particular Jonathan and Tyrese provided outstanding customer service without batting an eye to our strange hours and are the reason we will without a doubt be returning to the Harbour Hotel. Our room needed more dusting but everything else looked clean and the beds were really comfortable.. rooms are spacious.. "Fantastic team working there. Everyone was grand and friendly. Hotel was clean and loved the colors and uniqueness of the hotel. They had to deal with an unfortunate and out of their control issue regarding the water supply but they had a great solution in place and handled it fantasically. I hope other people were understanding and kind to the team onsite because they handled everything greatly."
